Our tailors work with Computer Aided Design (CAD) to develop unique patterns and custom-made designs for clients.

Using traditional methods, the canvas covers the inside of the front panel and lapels of the jacket. The structural layer of the jacket is sewn in loosely so that it can float freely inside the jacket. This creates a high-quality suit jacket that drapes naturally over your body.

Our suits require over 250 unique operations from automatically cutting each individual piece to sewing each piece from front and back, hand finishing the collar and pockets, to sewing on the buttons. Suits are pressed and ironed from shoulders, sleeves, lapels to pant legs. The quality control process guarantees a high-quality, unique product.

Our environmental strategy is based on using the necessary resources to produce a garment. This approach allows us to eliminate inventory leftovers and waste.  This reduces the fashion carbon footprint. Furthermore, the high quality of our manufacturing and raw materials contributes to their longevity, which facilitates the reduction of environmental materials and resources.

Shirt patterns are individually created. We use 12 traditional shirting measurements.

Each shirt requires about 60 operations from the moment we make the cut. The CAD system prints the specific pattern and lays it over the fabric and cuts to shape. We connect the different parts to create shirt.

We only use French seams for our custom shirts to provide refined pieces with superior quality. Only one thread will be visible; the other will be inside the shirt. A  row of stitches is sewn inside the shirt. The second stitch sewn on the outside. Sewing with 1 needle is more dependent on the experience of tailor who must guide the needle by hand. This adds a greater degree of quality and difficulty since it is more "handmade". This is one of the most important factors in the construction of a shirt.
