Terms and Conditions
1. General
The subsequent Terms and Conditions apply to all orders through Navy or Grey.
They bind the Consumer (‘you’) and Navy or Grey (‘navy or grey/we/us’).
By using our Website, you accept that you have both read and agree to follow the Terms and Conditions written here. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions without notice, you are solely responsible for making sure you are updated with any modifications.
If the Terms and Conditions are changed, the only version valid for your order is that of which was in place at the time of order, not a later or earlier version. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions on your computer for future reference.
At any time, we may restrict access to some or all parts of the Website. If the Website is unavailable at any time or for any period, we are not liable. Access to our Website is authorised on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw or change the services provided at any point, without warning.

3. Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to availability. Order price must be confirmed before the request goes through. By ordering, you are accepting these Terms and Conditions for each purchase.
3.1 Eligibility to order
In order to purchase a product from Navy or Grey, you must be over 16, a consumer and have a valid debit or credit card issued by a bank we approve. You must not resell any items you purchase. When ordering, all of the details you give us must be truthful and valid.
3.2 Order confirmation
After ordering from Navy or Grey, you will receive an invoice. Once payment is confirmed, no changes are possible to the fabric or design options of the order.
3.3 Acceptance and shipping confirmation
We reserve the right to reject or accept any orders placed through our Website. Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email detailing all appropriate information about your order. This email is not indicative of our acceptance of your order and simply indicates that we have received your request.
3.4 Right to reject
We reserve the right to reject your order for any reason without any liability to you. Some possible reasons why your order may be rejected include (but are not limited to):
1. The fabric you have ordered is not in stock;
2. We cannot authorise your payment;
3. We have identified an error in the information about the product ordered, such as the price;
4. We suspect fraudulent activity;
5. Shipping restrictions apply to the product you are trying to order.
In the case that your order cannot be fulfilled as it appears in the confirmation email, we will contact you to let you know. You will then have the opportunity to cancel or change your order. If we have already received payment, we will refund you the required amount.
3.5 Quality of products
Navy or Grey is not responsible for minor differences in colour or variations in items due to different image acquisitions, display technologies or other technical reasons. We aim to communicate the exact specifications of any item(s) on the Website as accurately as possible.
4. Price and payments
4.1 Price
All prices shown on the Website include Dutch VAT (21%). These prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and they do not include extra charges for full canvas jacket construction (70EUR), Ezio Linings (68EUR) or express delivery. They may change over any period. The only price applicable to your order is that which is sent in the e-mail confirmation to you. navy or grey is only bound by this price. navy or grey reserves the right to limit, change or end any discounts or special offers at any time.
4.2. Price changes
Sometimes our prices change. Although we always try to ensure all prices on the Website are up to date, there may be errors from time to time. If we uncover any such errors that affect you, we will notify you by email about the change in price. You will then have the option to cancel your order or reconfirm your order at the correct price. If, for any reason, we are unable to contact you, your order will be withdrawn.
4.3 Payments
We agree to receive payments via Bank Transfer or Paypal.
4.4 Tax
All prices include Dutch tax, but please note local charges such as customs duty and sales tax may apply to your purchase. These extra charges depend on your region and local custom duties and are at your own expense.
5. Delivery
5.1 Shipping details
Shipping rates are calculated individually per order. These rates depend on the country of delivery and the total price of the order. Every package we ship has a tracking number, which you will receive in your shipping confirmation email. As such, all packages can be tracked by you. In the case that the shipping details provided by you are not complete or correct, or the package we try to send is refused, any return shipping costs or handling fees will be charged to the customer. These fees differ depending on shipping area. A new set of shipping fees will apply when resending a failed package to an updated address. If you have entered incorrect shipping details, please contact our customer service team at info@navyorgrey.com as soon as possible.
5.2 Delivery time
We strive to deliver all European orders within 1-3 working days and all non-European orders within 5 working days. If you have ordered from us but have not received your delivery within the number of days specified, please contact us by e-mail at info@navyorgrey.com. We are not responsible for any delays resulting from postal delays.
6. Website use
6.1 Errors, inaccuracies, and omissions
On occasion, the information presented on the Website may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. These may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and product shipping charges. At any moment, we reserve the right to correct any mistakes, errors, or omissions; change or update information; or cancel orders if any information is erroneous. We do not have to give prior notice to do this.
6.2 Intellectual property rights
Each and every element of our Website is owned by or licensed to Navy or Grey and its affiliates. These elements include (but are not limited to) content and photography, and can be protected by copyright, trademark, moral rights, database rights or any other law relating to intellectual property rights.
The content of our Website may not be published, duplicated, distributed or otherwise reproduced for others without prior consent from Navy or Grey. You are permitted to use our Website content for your own personal, non-commercial use. This includes downloading, printing, and storing copies for yourself.
6.3 Limitation of liability
Navy or Grey is not legally responsible for any direct, indirect, additional or consequential damages resulting from the use of our Website. This includes any damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information on the Website, or by viruses, the performance of our products, or anything else connected with the use of these Terms and Conditions, even if Navy or Grey has been told of the possibility of these damages.
6.5 Invalidity
Each provision in these Terms and Conditions is separate of each other provision. If any one condition is found to be invalid, void or otherwise unenforceable, that ruling shall not affect the enforceability of any other provision listed in these Terms and Conditions.
6.6 Privacy Policy
By placing an order with Navy or Grey, you understand and agree that we may use, collect, process and store your personal information per our Privacy Policy.
7. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions honour the laws of the Netherlands. If there is any dispute or claim related to these Terms and Conditions, the Dutch Courts have absolute jurisdiction over that dispute or claim.
